Are you Sub Agent looking to work on a first of its kind project in the UK?
I am looking for a Sub Agent to join my clients team on an extremely interesting heavy civil engineering project.
As the Sub Agent on this civil engineering project, your main duties will include assisting the Site Agent and Project Manager, managing sub contractors and being in charge of individual sections of the project.
Role and responsibilities:
Liaising with Site, Project and Commercial managers to help oversee QA, HSQE, cost and materials.
Reviewing and approving RAMS from the site and sub contractors.
Liaising weekly with project planner, highlighting delays to commercial team.
Communicating with the client, updating them on all areas of the project.
Overseeing all concrete technical, production and quality issues during the preparation phase and during the construction phase.
The ideal candidate will have:
A degree in Civil Engineering or possession of an equivalent qualification.
Ability to display previous experience working in a similar role.
CSCS card.
SMSTS.
