Are you looking to join a leading Motor Fleet Insurance Broker in a dynamic, long-term sales role? Our client is seeking a Motor Fleet Sales Executive to join their thriving team in Ocean Village, Southampton. This is an office-based role with regular working hours, giving you a fantastic work-life balance.

As a Motor Fleet Sales Executive, you'll handle inbound calls from prospective clients - no cold calling! You'll be guiding them through the insurance process, providing expert advice, and securing policies tailored to their needs. Previous insurance experience is not essential - if you have a background in banking, financial services, or sales, you'll fit right in.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inbound Call Management: Handle incoming inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Fact-Finding: Understand client requirements to offer tailored insurance solutions.
  • Quoting & Upselling: Liaise with a panel of insurers to provide competitive quotes and upsell relevant add-ons.
  • Customer Education: Ensure clients have a clear understanding of their policies and coverage.
  • Compliance: Follow FCA regulations and company procedures meticulously.
  • Stay Informed: Keep up to date with industry trends and regulatory changes.
