As an Environmental Town Planner, you will:
·Deliver expert advice on planning policies, environmental impacts, and sustainable development.
·Manage and contribute to Environmental Impact Assessments (EIAs) and strategic planning projects.
·Liaise with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders to deliver successful planning applications.
·Conduct site appraisals, feasibility studies, and environmental assessments.
·Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure projects align with environmental and planning regulations.
 
We're looking for a motivated professional with:
·A degree in Town Planning, Environmental Science, or a related field.
·RTPI membership (or eligibility for membership).
·Proven experience in environmental planning or a consultancy setting.
·Strong understanding of UK planning regulations and environmental legislation.
·Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
·A passion for sustainability and innovation in urban planning.
