Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting senior planners in preparing planning applications and assessments for a diverse range of developments.
- Undertaking site appraisals, research, and feasibility studies.
- Assisting in the preparation of planning reports, design documents, and environmental assessments.
- Liaising with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders.
- Gaining exposure to policy development, strategic planning, and development control processes.
About You:
- A recent graduate with a degree (or equivalent) in Town Planning, Urban Planning, Geography, or a related discipline.
- Enthusiastic about the built environment and urban development.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of planning software and Microsoft Office is desirable.
