The Role
As a Graduate Town Planner, you will work alongside experienced professionals on a variety of projects, providing planning advice to clients across sectors such as residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. Key Responsibilities

Assisting in the preparation and submission of planning applications
Conducting research and policy analysis
Engaging with local authorities, stakeholders, and clients
Supporting senior team members with planning appeals and development proposals
Keeping up to date with planning legislation and regulations

About You

A degree (or equivalent) in Town Planning
Ideally working towards or keen to achieve RTPI accreditation
Strong written and verbal communication skills
An analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn
