The ideal candidate must have a Town Planning qualification (BSc or MSc) and be a member of the Royal Town Planning Institute.
Candidates should possess 2-5 years of experience working in either the private or public sector.
The role involves leading junior team members and working on various master planning, residential, and commercial projects.

An excellent opportunity has opened for a Senior Town Planner to join an established multidisciplinary specialising in planning, architecture, urban design and ecology. My client is looking for a chartered town planner to come and lead the junior members of the team whilst working closely with directors.

You must have the following requirements to be considered:-

Town Planning qualification (BSc or MSc)
Be a member of the Royal Town Planning Institute
2-5 Years' experience working with the private or public sector

Your role will consist of the following:-

Working on a wide range of master planning, housing, residential, commercial projects
Site visits
Business development
