About the Role:

Based at our Curdridge office in Curdridge, the company currently has vacancies for Trainee Landscape Garden Designer, to work within a team of designers, learning how to provide potential clients with reliable and workable solutions for their garden projects.

Responsibilities Include;

Sales/Design:

  • To assist with converting enquiry leads into live projects
  • Help achieve the sales forecasted budgets
  • Learn techniques to provide customers with solutions for their gardens, present detailed drawings

Estimating:

  • Understand client's requirements
  • Learn how to provide customers with competitive quotes maintaining profit margins

People:

  • Build teamwork

Quality & Procedures:

  • Oversee workmanship via the supervisor
  • Learn & follow internal procedures

Skills Required:

  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Customer focused
  • Experience of working as a designer/or horticulture qualification
  • Computer literate
  • Time management skills
  • Knowledge of health and safety
