Are you an experienced Clinical Negligence Lawyer with a passion for clinical negligence?My client are a top 100 law firm with a national presence who are currently seeking a Clinical Negligence Associate to join their highly regarded team in Southampton. As a Clinical Negligence Associate, you will be responsible for a caseload of high value, complex cases to include birth injuries, misdiagnosis and surgical errors with the assistance of a paralegal. The ideal candidate will have previous experience of handling (or assisting on) Clinical Negligence cases from inception to completion. The firm is open to applications from qualified solicitors/legal executives OR experienced non-qualified fee earners. Whilst the position is advertised at Associate level, the firm will also consider applicants who are seeking a Senior Associate position.
