An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented and ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor (NQ-2 PQE) to join a respected law firm in Southampton. Our client, a leading firm known for its outstanding reputation and client-focused approach, is seeking a driven lawyer to join their dynamic and growing commercial property team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse caseload of commercial property matters, including sales, acquisitions, leases, and development projects.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Support senior lawyers on complex transactions and provide assistance as required.
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients.
  • Provide practical, commercially-focused legal advice to clients, helping to drive successful outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Newly qualified to 2 years PQE in commercial property law.
  • Strong understanding of commercial property transactions and related legal issues.
  • Excellent communication, drafting, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
