Job Advert: Senior Commercial Property Lawyer

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Commercial Property Lawyer to join a well-established and highly regarded law firm in Southampton. Our client is seeking an experienced lawyer to take on a key role in their dynamic and growing commercial property team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse and complex caseload of commercial property matters, including sales, acquisitions, leases, and development projects.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents with precision and attention to detail.
  • Lead and manage significant commercial property transactions, providing strategic legal advice and guidance.
  • Supervise and mentor junior lawyers and support staff, fostering their development and growth within the team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, contributing to the firm's business development and growth.
  • Provide practical, commercial, and tailored legal advice to clients, ensuring the smooth progression of transactions.

Requirements:

  • A qualified lawyer with at least 7 years' experience in commercial property law.
  • Strong technical expertise and experience in handling a wide range of commercial property transactions.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
