It's a great opportunity to develop your career with a firm that values professional growth and internal promotion.RESPONSIBILITIESYou will work on a range of corporate matters with high net worth individuals, including M&A, private equity transactions, management buy-outs, joint ventures, and investor/shareholder agreements. * Advise clients on corporate M&A transactions, including drafting and negotiating agreements, structuring deals, and managing all aspects of the transaction process.* Assist with the firm's expanding private equity function, helping to build this area of work and contribute to its growth if this is of particular interest to you, you could specialise in this department. * Manage your own caseload while working closely with senior colleagues.* Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering high-quality legal advice and ensuring client satisfaction.* Take an active role in business development, identifying opportunities for growth and contributing to the firm's expansion.* Collaborate with a friendly and supportive team, maintaining a personable and professional approach at all times.EXPERIENCE REQUIREDEssential * Qualified solicitor with 4-8 years PQE (although candidates with more or less experience will be considered based on the right fit).* Experience in corporate M&A transactions, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating key corporate agreements.* Strong communication and client-facing skills with the ability to build relationships.* A professional and proactive attitude, with the ability to get stuck in at all levels of the business.* Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, with the ability to thrive in a friendly, collaborative environment.* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage a varied workload effectively.Desirable* Experience in private equity IN RETURN* A competitive salary package - negotiable depending on experience.* Flexible working.
