Description
The Corporate Solicitor will be involved in the following:
- Providing legal advice to a diverse range of corporate clients.
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating on a wide range of complex documents.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- Managing complex corporate transactions.
- Promoting the firm and its services through business development activities.
Profile
The successful Corporate Solicitor should have:
- 4+ years PQE
- Excellent knowledge of corporate law.
- Strong communication skills.
- The ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
