Description
The Corporate Solicitor will:?
- Support the team with corporate work such as shareholders agreements, share option work and family investment companies as well as other matters.
- Focus on transactional work as well as non-transactional work.
- Handle own caseload and collaborate with other team members.
- Participate in marketing and business development activities.
Profile
The Corporate Solicitor should be:?
- A solicitor with 3-8 years PQE in corporate law.
- Experienced in handling corporate transactions.
- Highly organised with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A good team player with a flexible and proactive approach.
