  • Manage a challenging and rewarding caseload of defendant clinical negligence claims.
  • Work with clients such as NHS Resolution, NHS Trusts, independent healthcare providers, and medical malpractice insurers.
  • Draft legal documents, conduct negotiations, and prepare cases for trial.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, offering commercially focused legal advice.
