Duties will include:

  • Managing own caseload of wide range of dispute resolution matters.
  • Managing most of the procedure from instruction through to settlement.
  • Providing a responsive service, giving clear and concise legal advice.
  • Attend to clients of the firm on a regular basis.
  • Maintaining continuing professional development requirements and taking an active interest in furthering knowledge within litigation.

The successful candidate will:

  • A qualified Solicitor NQ+ experience.
  • Have a very high level of technical competence when drafting documentation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
