The Role:As an Employment Associate, you will provide expert legal advice on a range of employment matters, including:
- Advising businesses and individuals on employment law issues.
- Managing employment tribunal claims.
- Drafting contracts, policies, and settlement agreements.
- Supporting corporate transactions with employment due diligence.
- Delivering high-quality client service with a commercial approach.
- Qualified solicitor with 2+ years PQE in employment law.
- Strong experience in both contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Competitive salary of £45,000 - £62,000 plus a £10,000+ bonus.
