They are looking for an employment solicitor to work independently within their Southampton office.

Duties:

  • Advising on all aspects of employment law.
  • Offer expert advice to clients on resolving workplace disputes and negotiating settlement agreements.
  • Drafting and reviewing employment contracts and other related documentation.
  • Keeping up to date with employment law updates and all legal and regulatory developments.

Desired Skills:

  • Qualified solicitor with experience in employment law (minimum 5 years PQE essential).
  • Possess a strong background in Employment law, including court and tribunal work.
  • Be a team player and able to manage a caseload independently.
  • Excellent technical and client care skills.
  • Business development and networking skills.

What they offer:

  • Salary dependent on experience £40,000 - £50,000.
