- Lead and develop an already successful team of 3 fee earners, with plans for future growth
- Work on high value financial remedy and complex private children matters, often with an international element

- Managing and growing the family team, currently comprising 3 fee earners plus support staff
- Handling divorce, financial remedy, nuptial agreements, and private children cases

- Driving business development, strengthening existing client relationships, and expanding the practice
- Partner level experience (or a Senior Associate with a strong following, ready to step up)
