The Role
  • Managing and growing the family team, currently comprising 3 fee earners plus support staff
  • Handling divorce, financial remedy, nuptial agreements, and private children cases
  • Providing strategic leadership while mentoring and developing junior lawyers
  • Driving business development, strengthening existing client relationships, and expanding the practice
What We’re Looking For
  • Partner level experience (or a Senior Associate with a strong following, ready to step up)
  • A technically strong family lawyer with expertise in financial remedy and complex children matters
  • A commercially minded leader with a track record of team management and business development
