Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a case load of defended Landlord & Tenant matters
  • Provide mentorship and training to team members
  • Supervise others' work and assist in delivering service packages to clients
  • Keep up to date with market developments and legal changes
  • Build strong relationships with clients and deliver excellent service

What We're Looking For:

  • Excellent knowledge of Civil Procedure Rules (CPR)
  • Passion for mentoring and developing others
  • Strong communication and client relationship skills
  • Repossession knowledge is a bonus but not essential - training provided
