Legal Secretary – Commercial Litigation
Location: Southampton
Are you an experienced Legal Secretary with experience in Commercial Litigation? My client is looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Legal Secretary to join its growing Commercial Litigation team in the Southampton area. If you thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and enjoy working on challenging cases, this role could be perfect for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and organising legal files efficiently
- Providing client care and communication support
- Preparing and formatting legal documents and correspondence
- Managing diaries, scheduling appointments and handling deadlines
- Supporting fee earners with administrative and secretarial tasks
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous Legal Secretary experience essential, ideally in Commercial Litigation
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office, legal IT systems and audio dictation
