The role of Legal Secretary offers variety of duties within Residential Conveyancing proving a service to fee earners.
Main duties include:
Looking after the Fee Earners:
Maintaining their diary, arranging for signatures and completing administration documentation.
Maintenance of Files:
Completing and maintaining administrative documentation, opening and closing files.
Preparing documents:
Typing letters and documents and document control
Dealing with Financial Information
Dealing with Clients
Special Secretarial duties:
Preparing court documentation, wills documentation.
