This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established and forward thinking law firm that can offer you excellent career prospects.  The successful Court of Protection Senior associate will be joining a reputable team that covers all aspects of Court of Protection work to include property and affairs management and community care for clients who have received compensation through a claim related to personal injury or clinical negligence.  As a Senior Associate, you will take lead on your own caseload of matters in addition to assisting with the mentoring and coaching of more junior members of the team.
