Are you an experienced procurement professional ready to make a strategic impact? We’re seeking a Group Procurement Manager to join a leading manufacturing and engineering solutions provider. This is an opportunity to take ownership of sourcing and supplier management for central functions, driving value and innovation across a dynamic, growing organisation.

In this role, you’ll lead market analysis, manage RFx processes, and oversee strategic supplier relationships tied to core Capex spend. You’ll play a pivotal role in enhancing supplier performance, simplifying supply chains, and delivering measurable outcomes for the business. Collaboration is key - you’ll work closely with stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with organisational goals, while championing sustainability and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop sourcing strategies that balance risk, reward, and ROI, delivering clear value to stakeholders.
  • Manage internal requirements, ensuring stakeholder expectations are met through effective communication and negotiation.
  • Drive supply chain efficiency by reducing supplier complexity and maximising value extraction.
  • Promote innovation and sustainability, reporting on benefits and strategic trade-offs.

Who You Are:

  • A seasoned procurement expert with a proven track record in strategic sourcing and category management (Facilities/IT experience preferred).
  • An excellent communicator with strong presentation and collaboration skills, comfortable engaging at all levels.
  • Analytical and strategic, with hands-on experience in end-to-end RFx processes - from market analysis to supplier management.
  • Persuasive and proactive, with the ability to influence and drive change.
  • Knowledge of global supply chains and international trade regulations is a plus, but not essential.
