Job Title: Operations ManagerLocation: Segensworth/TitchfieldOur client is seeking an experienced and hands-on Operations Manager to lead and optimise our manufacturing operations. This is a highly autonomous and varied role where you’ll be encouraged to implement new systems, improve efficiencies, and take full ownership of day-to-day operations. If you're a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys wearing many hats, we’d love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage day-to-day production and manufacturing operations
  • Oversee procurement, supply chain, and vendor management to ensure cost-effective purchasing
  • Implement and maintain quality assurance standards, including ISO9001 compliance
  • Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety regulations and lead regular assessments and updates
  • Manage export logistics and all international shipping documentation
  • Conduct cost analysis to support pricing, procurement, and production decisions
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control
  • Supervise dispatch and warehouse operations to guarantee timely customer deliveries
  • Organise and lead monthly Health & Safety meetings
Detailed Duties Include:
  • Daily factory floor checks, monthly assessments, and updates to manuals and protocols
  • Booking and managing international courier collections and shipping documentation
  • Using purchase order systems to procure goods at the best value for quality and lead times
  • Coordinating seamless flow of stock from production to warehouse to customer delivery
Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience in an operations or manufacturing management role
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
  • Highly organised with excellent time management and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Full UK driving licence required
