- Lead and manage day-to-day production and manufacturing operations
- Oversee procurement, supply chain, and vendor management to ensure cost-effective purchasing
- Implement and maintain quality assurance standards, including ISO9001 compliance
- Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety regulations and lead regular assessments and updates
- Manage export logistics and all international shipping documentation
- Conduct cost analysis to support pricing, procurement, and production decisions
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control
- Supervise dispatch and warehouse operations to guarantee timely customer deliveries
- Organise and lead monthly Health & Safety meetings
- Daily factory floor checks, monthly assessments, and updates to manuals and protocols
- Booking and managing international courier collections and shipping documentation
- Using purchase order systems to procure goods at the best value for quality and lead times
- Coordinating seamless flow of stock from production to warehouse to customer delivery
- Proven experience in an operations or manufacturing management role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Highly organised with excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Full UK driving licence required
