Role Overview:As a Sales & Marketing Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support to the team. This role is ideal for someone who has a keen eye for detail, is highly organised, and enjoys a support-based position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the team with stock expiry management, delivery schedules, reserve stock, and monitoring product demand.
  • Produce reports, certificates, and maintain records on CRM systems.
  • Administer and produce training certificates.
  • Manage sustainability projects.
  • Collate literature, demonstration equipment, samples, and other materials for marketing activities and conferences.
  • Support the organisation of national and local exhibitions.
  • Compile agendas, minutes, and itineraries for meetings.
  • Proofread and collate marketing materials.

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
