IBP are recruiting an administrator who is passionate about what they deliver, thrive off a challenging but rewarding environment, and want to drive the best possible time to delivery with the best customer experience for customers and clients. Reporting to the Delivery Manager the ideal candidates will have previous experience of Administration. You will be liaising on the phone with the field teams and our external stakeholders, this role is all about communication and collaboration. Using the Works Management System (Salesforce) to generate reports daily on existing works and manage the reports with our field teams. 

The main duties include but are not limited to:

  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers both verbally and in writing
  • Managing task completion dates to meet SLAs and KPIs by seeking resolution to problems and proactive escalation
  • Working with multiple client systems to update clients and raise issues.
  • Validating information received ensuring it is fit for purpose and meets stakeholder requirements
  • Manage personal and group emails
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders using a variety of existing MS Excel trackers and other Client / Avonline systems as appropriate.
  • Accurately check and validate all works completed by our subcontractors or internal workforce.

  • Team player with a ‘can do’ attitude
  • Self-motivated and takes ownership
  • Works well under pressure
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Good communicator
  • Salesforce Experience (Desirable)
