They are looking for a Team Leader to assist with their long term growth plans.In this hands on role you will support the manufacturing of specialist equipment whilst also leading a team of Machinists at the company's state of the art, modern facility.This role would suit a Machinist or Supervisor looking to step up into a Lead role with a market leader that provides specialist training and career progression into management.The Role:
- Leading group of skilled Machinists.
- Manufacturing bespoke products for clients globally.
- Monday to Friday, days based.
The Person:
- CNC background - machining / programming.
- Supervisory / management experience desirable but not essential.
- Commutable to Southampton.
