Exciting Opportunity for a Customer Research & Insights Lead!

I'm working with a well-established, purpose-driven organisation that is looking for a Customer Research & Insights Lead to join their growing Customer & Market Intelligence (CMI) team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in ad-hoc customer research who thrives on turning data into actionable insights that influence business decisions.

About the Role:In this role, your client will:? Lead and manage ad-hoc customer research projects, ensuring insights are communicated with clarity and impact.? Collaborate closely with stakeholders across Group Functions and business banners to identify and refine research priorities.? Design and implement a variety of research methodologies, both qualitative and quantitative (e.g., in-home research, purchase journey studies, brand surveys).? Deliver well-structured, engaging reports and presentations that translate complex data into meaningful stories.? Synthesize knowledge from multiple sources to provide a coherent and strategic perspective.? Manage third-party research agencies where necessary while also facilitating internally run research.? Ensure insights are easily accessible and shared across the business, driving a culture of informed decision-making.

Ideal Candidate Profile:?? Research Expertise: Significant experience designing and conducting customer research across a variety of methodologies.?? Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to join the dots, identify patterns, and build compelling narratives from complex data.?? Strong Communicator: Confident presenting findings with clarity and impact to stakeholders at all levels.?? Collaborative & Agile: Experienced in navigating complex stakeholder environments and working effectively in cross-functional teams.?? Curious & Innovative: Always eager to explore new methodologies, approaches, and insights.�? Global Mindset: International experience or the ability to adapt to diverse cultures and working styles.

Bonus Skills:? Experience working with R&D/design teams to drive product innovation.? Fluency in French (a strong plus).
