Your Company:NET Recruit are delighted to be collaborating with a long-term partner and highly successful business operating in the engineering sector, to support their ongoing search for a creative and proactive Digital Marketing Specialist to join the team operating in the Southampton area. With exceptional growth plans predicted for the next couple of years, this business is on target to amplify their customer reach and revenue, whilst growing their core teams significantly.The scope of this role, is for the position holder to take responsibility for digital marketing campaigns, including overseeing the website, paid searches emailing marketing and automation, using comprehensive data and analysis to identify areas for improvement to maximise ROI.Role and ResponsibilitiesWhile in this position your duties may include but are not limited to:
  • Managing the Google Ads accounts, seeking ways in which these can be optimised to support business goals
  • Proactively identifying opportunities to improve keywords, advert copy, automation and bid strategies, utilising tools such as AB testing and data analysis to inform decision making
  • Using CRM systems to manage the tracking and conversion
  • Taking ownership of the website structure and content, spanning across all channels and markets
  • Optimising digital channels for both organic and paid traffic, with the aim of improving ROI
  • Measuring and reporting on the performance of digital marketing activities using web analytics tools
  • Creating marketing campaign content for lead generation
  • Ensuring the business is compliant with the internal code of conduct and frameworks
What you will need to Apply:This is an ideal opportunity for an experience marketing professional, ideally with a background in the HVAC sector and a marketing qualification. Applicants should possess previous experience in and a strong working knowledge of Google and other Digital Advertising, WordPress website (including managing these), B2B email marketing and CRM systems. Additionally, good communication skills and analytical abilities are key to the success of this role.
