We are looking for:

Responsibilities: (Once up and running)

  • Build a thorough knowledge of the products & services the business offers enabling you to talk confidently about them
  • Create, implement, execute & maintain a marketing strategy & plan
  • Use effective marketing techniques to enhance customer & client relationships along with attracting new clients
  • Assist in maintaining & developing existing & new customer streams through planned, individual account support by working closely with the Customer Service & Sales Teams
  • To support teams to promote & cross / up sell associated products & ancillaries to customers
  • Implement & proactively manage a CRM system database including efficient data segmentation
  • Promote the Company’s brands both online & offline
  • Management of the B2B event strategy, including identifying appropriate sponsorship & exhibition opportunities, as well as creating & facilitating our own events
  • Develop & maintain a social media presence, creating regular engaging social media posts through the Company’s social media channels
  • Provide creative copy for mailers, website, content & promotional materials & manage outsourced providers
  • Create exciting & engaging photo & video content & promotional materials
  • Create content to merchandise products (photo, video & literature) which includes mail shot campaigns, content writing, advertising, PR & design
  • Carry out regular SEO reviews to ensure maximum optimisation
  • Liaise with external stakeholders including marketing partnerships, fostering excellent customer relationships
  • Order & replenish promotional & marketing support materials
  • Support the facilitation of Company promotional events
  • Provide reports on the success of campaigns
  • Research market trends & pricing strategies to assist with the development of marketing plans
  • Report any issues that affect performance to your line manager
  • Meet daily & weekly targets & report progress daily to your line manager
  • Carry out work with a focus on high quality output.
