JE137: Engineering Team LeaderLocation: SouthamptonSalary: Up to £40,000 per annumRole Overview: Lead and manage a team of five engineers, overseeing the installation and maintenance of mechanical systems with some electrical work. You’ll work on-site, ensure quality and safety, and interact with clients.Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support your team, coordinate schedules, and foster a collaborative environment.
• Perform and supervise installations and maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high standards.
• Serve as the main contact for clients, addressing concerns and building strong relationships.
• Adhere to and enforce health and safety regulations.
• Keep accurate records and report on team performance and project status.

Qualifications:

• Experience in mechanical engineering with some electrical knowledge.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
