They are known for their commitment to delivering high-quality projects and fostering a collaborative work environment.Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and delivering a variety of small-scale projects across the South of England, with a focus on Hampshire. Your expertise will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and deliver mechanical projects from inception to completion.
  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement effective solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders.

Projects Include:

  • Commercial: Office buildings, retail spaces, and other commercial properties.
  • Education: Schools, colleges, and universities.
  • MOD (Ministry of Defence): Military facilities and infrastructure.
  • Local Authority/Government: Public sector buildings and facilities.
  • Heritage: Restoration and maintenance of historical buildings.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager in the M&E sector.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and project management principles.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Relevant qualifications in mechanical engineering or a related field.
