Applications are open for both Mechanical or Electrical bias Project Engineers.

A leading tier 1 Engineering and Infrastructure Contractor is working on major AMP 7 MEICA installation contracts on large projects. If you are looking for your next move in the water and industrial sector, my client has secured frameworks on Southern Water and Thames Water.

Duties:

  • Exposure / Experience in Value Engineering duties
  • Techncial Managing of mechanical or electrical installations on MEICA projects.

  • Ensure that all Health and Safety is adhered to

  • Ensure that all items are installed to the highest standards.

  • Safe delivery of projects to time, cost, and quality 

  • Ensure compliance with applicable statutory and regulatory requirements 

  • Management and monitoring of approved specialist sub-contractors 

  • Risk Assessments and Method Statements

  • Management of operational assets prior to client hand-over Candidate Description 

Water industry project experience preferred.

• Previous experience in a similar MEICA site management or supervisory role 

• MEICA / civil works multi-disciplined interfacing 

• Computer literate, particularly with MS Office applications is essential 

• CITB (SMSTS), SSSTS, and/or CSCS qualified for managing safely 

• Ability to work to target dates across multiple projects, whilst maintaining output and timescale requirements 

• Hold a valid full UK driving license 

• Eligible to work in the UK
