Are you an assertive Quality Manager with experience within a Highly regulated Industry (i.e: Aerospace, Defence, Missile Manufacture, Medical or Pharmaceutical) who is looking for a key role within a successful and fast growing organisation who have the lowest return rates in their industry?

Do you like the idea of having the freedom to manage and grow your own department, with direct reporting to the CEO and the freedom to guide the quality departments future direction and recruitment strategy the way you want to, whilst balancing the needs of the business and maintaining the lowest defect return rates in the industry?

Our client are a successful Aerospace manufacturer who are markets leaders in their products and supply into the worlds most famous aeronautical brands. They are a well established, medium sized company, who are growing fast and recognise the need to maintain their industry leading quality standards.

If you are a Quality Manager who can commute daily to Southampton or is willing to relocate to Southampton (reasonable relocation assistance available) for at least 4 days per week and has direct experience of a highly regulated Industry (i.e: Aerospace, Defence, Missile Manufacture, Medical or Pharmaceutical), then please apply for this role…

  • Desire and experience to keep the department delivering
  • Get products right first time
  • First Article Inspection Reports
  • Keep Quality Manual Up to date
  • Mon to Thu 0830-1700, Fri 0830-1330
  • Maintain ISO9001
  • Maintain EN9100
  • Ability to manage from the front
  • Balance the needs of the business versus the needs for high quality
  • Manage all Operators
  • Ensure each step is checked

The Person

  • Quality Manager
  • Experience of a highly regulated Industry (i.e: Aerospace, Defence, Missile Manufacture, Medical or Pharmaceutical)
  • Able to commute daily to Southampton (Relocation assistance available)
