- Learning to service products and equipment and diagnose system problems
- Supporting and learning to carry out PPM, breakdown and warranty work on hire and commissioning jobs
- Providing excellent customer service while on site, building strong working relationships and acting as a trusted point of contact
- Establishing strong communication channels with other teams such as sales, operations and the service desk
- Utilising the resources available, including software, technology, hand-tools, blueprints and specifications
- Learning about reporting and analysis to generate regular reports for completed work orders
- Be studying or have completed the Refrigeration and Air Conditioning NVQ Level 2 and 3
- Possess knowledge of the manufacturing industry as part of the NVQ studies
- A valid UK driving license
- Right to work status
- Excellent people skills and knowledge of customer service principles
- Analytical thinking and an aptitude for IT and technology
- Be available to cover standby and call outs, including weekends and bank holidays once NVQs are passed
