Reporting to the Account Manager; the Account Coordinators primary role will be to assist the Account Consultant in managing the successful recruitment of temporary workers to start work with our client.Hours of Work - Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00Main Responsibilities of the Role* Working alongside / supporting the Account Consultant* CV Searches* Shortlisting CV's / Applications * Writing job adverts* Posting Adverts* Keeping candidates updated* Arrange interviews / Testing* Conduct interviews to identify suitability for the role* Facilitate online testing for candidates* Keesing Document Checks on all candidates* Develop and maintain strong relationships with Team Leaders and Temporary Staff * Maintain a high level of customer service * Resolve any issues arising in a timely manner* Ensure that all aspects of the Operations Manual and Service Level Agreement are met and exceeded* Ensure procedures for non-performance, sickness, lateness or attendance issues are adhered to* Ensure all applicant records are maintained in accordance with Gi Group procedures* Administration of pre-employment* Monitor the number of available candidates available to start working * Update spreadsheets daily to capture information on applications * Covering holidays and absences within the team as required* Supporting the team on a daily basis with general tasks as requiredSkills / Experience Required:* Team Working* Ability to work on own Initiative* Time Management* Planning and Scheduling* Problem Solving* Ability to work under pressure* Attention to Detail* Able to meet tight deadlines* Good Communication Skills* General Administration* Highly organised* Microsoft Office (Word / Excel / Outlook)* Strong communication skills (written and spoken)* Planning & Attention to detail* Flexibility
