My client is a well-established and successful creative agency with an enviable client list who are looking for a Client Account Executive to join the team. It is a full time, permanent role based in their Southampton office

This is an entry level position ideally suited to a detail-oriented team player with a passion for delivering exceptional client service. You'll work closely with account managers, creatives, and production teams to ensure smooth project delivery for high-profile clients

Your role will involve:

  • Supporting the Senior Account Manager on various client projects
  • Maintaining communication across internal teams and managing project timelines
  • Building strong client relationships and handling correspondence
  • Preparing and tracking project estimates, purchase orders and invoices
  • Ensuring timely release of proofs, artwork and deliveries
  • Conducting industry research to stay informed about trends and client competitors

You’ll be the ideal candidate due to your:
