Production Manager

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Production manager to join a growing and evolving manufacturing company based in Southampton.


Introduction

Our clientare looking fora proven production / manufacturingleader who has a background in successfully improving and streamliningmanufacturing processes whilst successfully driving their teams forward.


Key Responsibilities

  • Running of the manufacturing teams, increasing productivity throughKPI's, training and ensuring a continuous workflow.
  • Establishing new manufacturing processes across manufacturing departments
  • Improving on-time delivery and production lead times
  • Scheduling and production planning
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and any experience of assisting introducing new systems

Hours: Monday to Friday (Days)


Salary: £45,000 - £50,000
