My client, a specialist UK based Engineering and Environmental Consultancy, is searching for an Assistant Hydrogeological Surveyor to join an expanding Team based in Southampton.

It is essential that applicants have a strong academic background including a MSc and/or BSc in Hydrogeology, GIS or Environmental Management and ideally topographic survey experience or mapping experience for flood risk or geology.

Candidates are required to live near Southampton and ideally have a driving licence to attend site surveys.

You will join a supportive team based in the heart of Southampton and receive specialist training by an experienced and friendly team.

As an Assistant Hydrogeological Surveyor you will also be trained complete the following;

-Hydrogeological Impact Assessments.

-Water Quality Analysis.

-Water Framework Directive Assessments.

-GIS Mapping.

-Topographic Surveys.

-Interpret Flood Risk and Drainage Assessments.

Candidates will also be required to attend sites with support from experienced team members.
