Your Role:

As an Electronic Monitoring Support Officer, you'll play a key part in:

  • Partnering with the electronic monitor tagging team during their daily tasks
  • Assisting in the installation and upkeep of electronic monitoring devices
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless operations and clear communication
  • Delivering top-notch customer service to individuals under electronic monitoring

What You Bring:

  • No prior experience needed - we'll provide all the training you need!
  • BPSS clearance (handled by Adecco upon successful application)
  • DBS clearance (or a willingness to obtain one)
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a dynamic team
  • Keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities

Assignment Details:

  • Working Pattern:Full Time 37.5 hours per week
  • Working Hours: The shift pattern covers 7 days per week, 24 hours per day, 365 days per year.
    Core hour schedules are from 9am to 2am including weekend working however please note the majority of shifts are between 4pm to 2am with a 7.5 hour shift length. Shifts are issued in line with the needs of the business and are unable to be chosen or selected by preference. You must be available to accept the rota you are issued.
  • Training: 1 day online training and induction
