Continuous Improvement Analyst required on an initial 2.5 month contract (Outside IR35). The Continuous Improvement Analyst will play a key role in the delivery of this new capability that will transform the way we support the business in creating change to improve processes and efficiency.

  • Role: Continuous Improvement Analyst
  • Location: Southampton 1 / 2 days per week
  • Rate: £290 per day outside IR35

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Essential

  • Experience in a similar role
  • An in-depth knowledge of process design and business process management
  • Proficiency in creating process maps, flowcharts and other visual aids to illustrate complex processes and operating procedures
  • Ability to assess processes and identify areas for improvement using data analysis and statistical techniques
  • Strong problem solving and decision-making skills to develop feasible solutions
  • Ability to define, document and deliver the successful delivery of continuous improvement change initiatives
  • A good understanding of Continuous Improvement/Lean/Six Sigma techniques with a minimum of Green Belt Lean certification or equivalent
  • Experience in providing formal and informal development on continuous improvement tools and techniques
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills with the ability to effectively multitask in a dynamic and fast paced environment and demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in approach
  • Experience of leading workshops, coaching and delivering learning activities
  • Highly effective communication, interpersonal and networking skills with a proven ability to influence colleagues at all levels and across different functions
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with a proven ability to work collaboratively and across boundaries to achieve results

Desirable

  • Experience of applying continuous improvement activities
  • Experience of design methodologies and employing a design mindset to solve business challenges focused on a user experience (UX)
