HR Business Partner | Regional | Leading Retailer | Salary c£60,000

The HR function of Zachary Daniels are recruiting for a hands-on HR Business Partner to join a leading retailer. This role will support the retail side of the business across the South of the UK, partnering with 4 Regional Managers. The ideal candidate will come from either the retail or hospitality sector, with previous experience as a HR Business Partner or HR Manager. It is important that the suitable candidate has true "business partnering experience"The role will report into the Head of People & work alongside a team of HR Business Partners that support other business areas. This role is hybrid working - c3 days out and about on the road & 2 days at home. A full driving licence is required. The Role as HR Business Partner:Key responsibilities will include: -

  • Supporting the people agenda
  • You'll spend much of your time building credible relationships, coaching, supporting and challenging managers, so exceptional relationship building and communication skills are key within the role.
  • Address day to day HR issues as they arise
  • Support and work with the leadership team to support change
  • Provide sound and commercial advice on employment, performance management and talent management

The Candidate:

  • Previous experience in a fast paced environment preferably retail or hospitality with proven experience as a generalist HR partner
  • Strong ER experience and confidence in constructively challenging stakeholders
  • Rapport builder & natural coach
  • CIPD credentials are an advantage
  • Experience working across corporate / head office functions
  • Ability to work autonomously and make decisions
  • Strong influencing skills and a passion for embedding our core values
  • Solution Orientated, exceptionally well- organised, innovative problem solver

The Package:In return the business offers a basic salary of up to c£60,000, Hybrid working, Company Car + Benefits
