My client in Southampton are looking to appoint a talented Recruitment Business Partner on a Contract basis.

In this role, you will provide strategic and operational recruitment expertise to support hiring managers in attracting, selecting, and retaining top talent.

What's on offer:

  • Salary: £30+ per hour, inside IR35

*negotiable based on experience

  • Monday to Friday 8:30 - 17:00

About the role:

Based in Southampton (Hybrid):

  • Line manage and support Recruitment Officers and Recruitment Assistants, ensuring a high-performing and motivated team.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Partner with hiring managers across departments to understand recruitment needs and develop tailored talent acquisition strategies.
  • Optimise the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to improve recruitment efficiency.

About you:You will have the following experiences:

  • Extensive experience in a similar role.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and advise hiring managers.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technology.
  • Local Authority experience is essential
