Position: Occupational Therapist/LeadSalary: £36,000 - £45,000Location: Southampton Interviews taking place immediately A specialist SEN school have an exciting opportunity for an experienced occupational therapist or occupational therapy lead to join them on a permanent basis. The position would see you working with children ages 7-19, alongside an experienced and passionate team, dedicated to working with SEND students to have a positive impact on their lives and academic achievements. This position would ideally start in September 2024, but they are open to considering other start dates. Responsibilities Include:

Collaborate to provide students with customized assessment and intervention strategies.
Training of other members of staff, and provide advice
Monitor and document student development.
Make sure the conditions for learning are suitable for students.
Responsible for an occupational therapy caseload

Ideal Experience:

Experience working in a school
Experience working with SEN children, especially with Autism.
HCPC registered
Trained in sensory integration
2+years of experience in delivering occupational therapy to students/children with ASC
