The Admin Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the administrative team and ensuring the smooth operation of the administration function. This role involves managing administrative staff, coordinating administration activities, and also completing administration tasks. The Admin Supervisor will also be responsible for implementing office policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity

Description

The key responsibilities for the Administration Supervisor are:

  • Assign tasks and monitor performance to ensure productivity and adherence to company policies.
  • Facilitate communication between departments and external partners.
  • Prepare and present reports on administrative activities and performance.
  • Implement and monitor compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for ensuring the office/reception area environment is well-maintained.
  • Complete various administration tasks as dictated by the needs of the business.
  • Cover reception as and when required.

Profile

The successful candidate for the Administration Supervisor is someone with the following:

  1. At least 2 Years experience in an administrative supervisory role.
  2. Proficient in MS suite of products.
  3. Strong organisational skills.
  4. Ability to work under pressure and deal with conflicting priorities.
  5. Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate across all levels.
  6. Innovative approach to problem solving.
