The key responsibilities for the Administration Supervisor are:
- Assign tasks and monitor performance to ensure productivity and adherence to company policies.
- Facilitate communication between departments and external partners.
- Prepare and present reports on administrative activities and performance.
- Implement and monitor compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Responsible for ensuring the office/reception area environment is well-maintained.
- Complete various administration tasks as dictated by the needs of the business.
- Cover reception as and when required.
Profile
The successful candidate for the Administration Supervisor is someone with the following:
- At least 2 Years experience in an administrative supervisory role.
- Proficient in MS suite of products.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and deal with conflicting priorities.
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate across all levels.
- Innovative approach to problem solving.
