Optical Engineer- All Levels

Joining a new team you will focus on the development of a range of optical components for a company who are at the forefront of laser technology.

Working on taking technology concepts and developing them across the full product development lifecycle you will work with free space optical technologies on a variety of products.

Based out of a state of the art R&D and manufacturing facility you will combine hands on practical lab work with physics and optical development principles. The team is of a size where you will have a real input into the evolution of technology which can be used in a wide range of applications across the world.

You will also be involved in optical modelling and developing lab based automation technology.

The role is open to PhD graduates or experienced engineers from the optics sector.

For this role we are looking for:

- A strong academic background in Physics and Optics.


- Experience of working with free space optics.


- Any experience of optical modelling would be desirable.
