This is a temporary position with an Immediate start Location: SouthamptonHours: Full time Permanent, Monday to Friday 0830-1630.Salary: £12.00 - £13.50 per hour depending on experience Dynamite Recruitment is working in partnership with a very well-established business who are based in Southampton. Due to growth plans our client is looking for an Administrator to join the business on a temporary basis / There is a potential opportunity for someone to remain permanently with the organisation thereafter. As an Administrator you will be responsible for: 
  • Scheduling in appointments via telephone and by letter
  • Setting up new customers on the internal system with accuracy
  • Compiling site survey reports and audits
  • Supporting with building plans and drawings using Microsoft Word, Visio
  • Updating online databases with legal information
  • Assisting with general enquiries via email and on the telephone
  • Working to deadlines and SLA agreements
  • Responding to emails with professionalism
  • Liaising with customers/suppliers as required to coordinate work being completed and managing any issues.
  • Completing general administration
 The ideal Administrator will have / be
  • Excellent telephone skills and experience
  • Good communication skills and experience
  • Good administration skills and experience
  • Be fully competent in using Microsoft Office
  • Be able to pick up systems quickly.
  • Be adaptable to change.
  • Well organised
  • Able to multitask and work to deadlines.
