This role offers a competitive daily rate of £95 - £120 (depending on experience, with a flexible start date—ASAP or from Easter 2025. Key Responsibilities: 

• Managing classrooms and delivering pre-planned lessons.
• Supporting students with their learning and engagement.
• Ensuring a positive and structured learning environment.
• Adapting to different subjects and year groups.
• Maintaining discipline and upholding school policies.

Requirements: 

• Strong classroom management skills and confidence in leading a class.
• A passion for education and working with young people.
• Previous experience working with students (preferred but not essential).
• A degree or equivalent qualification (ideal for graduates).
• The ability to adapt quickly and manage classroom dynamics.

• Possess a patient, empathetic and proactive approach to working with children.
• Have an updated CV (covering the last ten years, barring any unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS registered to the update service (or be willing to apply for one).
