Your new roleWe're looking for Multi-Skilled Operative to join the Empty Homes team, where you'll be completing a wide variety of trades tasks to a high standard with an emphasis on delivering an efficient repairs service to customers. You'll be working around Eastleigh, Southampton, Hampshire and surrounding area.
Working as a great team player, you'll be carrying out work and installations to properties in an efficient and effective manner ensuring that all works are in accordance to a good building maintenance practice.
You'll carry out plumbing and carpentry repairs and installations to our properties, in an efficient and effective manner, making sure that all works are planned, programmed and completed to the satisfaction of our customers. This will include plumb in sink/wash hand basin/bath/WC, all tiling, lock changes, all carpentry and joinery, kitchen & bathroom fit, maintenance of sanitary ware, patch plastering and decoration works.
They will provide you with your uniform, a van including fuel card, van vault, racking and inverter, company tablet & mobile as well as the PPE? you need to let you crack on with what you do best. You'll be expected to supply your own hand tools and power tools. You'll require to cover Out of Hours Callouts on a rota basis so a clean driving license is a must!What you'll need to succeedYou will be an experienced multi trader who ideally has some Social housing or property maintenance experience.
